Serrita Parker is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, End-of-Life Doula, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Spiritual Life Coach.
Giving back to the community has been an enduring mission of Serrita’s for many years. She has been involved in philanthropy and charitable services in both Washington, DC and abroad throughout the nonprofit and social networking sector. Her efforts have led her to work with youth girls as a mentor, a group facilitator, hospice volunteer, and as a community organization leader servicing the homeless population.
Serrita is passionate about co-creating a liberated world where women are leading holistic lifestyles where they embrace their truth within. She is passionate about teaching women and girls the power of “I Am” and how to take control of their lives in a positive manner. She encourages women to grow beyond the challenges they experience in life by becoming the best versions of themselves. This is done through individual and group sessions that provide the tools to help them cultivate a roadmap for their life. She intends to help awaken the inner voice so one may live the life they were meant to.
When Serrita is not working with the community, she enjoys meditation, painting art, making jewelry, drum circles, nature, and traveling.

Adasia D. Clark
Adasia Clark is a native of the District of Columbia. She is a first-generation college student and Alumni of Virginia State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. With over 11 years of experience in IT, Adasia is currently working as an Infrastructure Engineer at one of the top five asset management firms.
In corporate America, Adasia is involved in the community. Some of her notable community accomplishments are Hour of Code, where she facilitated a session that taught high school students web development fundamentals. She has also done charitable work at Classroom Central warehouse where she assisted with packaging-free school supplies for teachers who work at Title 1 Schools. Adasia also had the opportunity to be a consultant to the ICAN Non-profit organization board where she produced a market research report to identify areas of opportunity for growth. She also has mentored college interns and new hires who transitioned into the corporate setting. Adasia is also a diversity and inclusion champion as she is passionate about making the workplace a safe place and identifying new ways to embrace everyone’s differences.
During the earlier stages of her life, Adasia was always within the community as a client of the District’s programs. To name a few, she participated in College Bound, Summer Youth Employment Program, Teens of Distinction, and the LEAP program. In this phase of her life, Adasia was able to progress due to the support of mentors and personal development training. Adasia is appreciative of the level of support that she received as an adolescent. She is committed to sharing the knowledge that she has obtained with young girls and women at Embrace Destiny Inc.

Crystal N. Bell
Crystal Bell is a native Washingtonian. While growing up in the inner city, there were three fundamental principles embedded in her foundation: “Empowering Communities, Providing Service, & Reaching Back”.
Crystal is passionate about health & wellness and a firm believer of holistic living. She obtained a Nursing Degree in 2018. Throughout her journey, she volunteered over 300 hours in various hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
It is truly an honor for her to develop comprehensive programs designed to reinforce health and wellness in young girls and women! She intends to provide young girls and women access to a blueprint that will align and transform mindsets! Her beliefs are to Embrace Your Destiny & Love Your Journey. Her favorite quote is: “Perhaps the butterfly is proof you can go through a great deal of darkness and yet become something Beautiful” & Her Prayer for Everyone is to Embrace Destiny!
