One thing I love about Sunday’s is that it is a day where I can unwind and prepare for a new week of tackling challenges, accomplishing goals, completing action items, and learning new life experiences. One of my favorite home remedies that I practice preparing for the new week is by preparing an excellent ole relaxing bath.
While taking my bath, I go into a state of Zen and peace. My favorite part about taking my bath is that first it is dedicated time for myself where I can setback and ease my mind and gather my thoughts. Since being quarantined in the house due to COVID-19, I have been spending more time practicing my self-love routines. The ingredients that I like to include inside my bath are:
1 Cup of Epson Salt
1 Cup of Baking Soda
1 Cup of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
10 Drops of your favorite essential oil
